Thank you for your interest in joining the Stony Brook Volunteer Ambulance Corps for the Spring 2024 Probationary Class!

We are a NY State certified emergency ambulance agency primarily serving Stony Brook University and its surrounding areas. We operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Individuals looking to join our Spring 2024 probationary class must attend an Open House during the first two weeks of the Spring 2024 semester. Open House dates are listed below.

After attending an Open House during the Spring 2024 semester, applicants must complete a written application submitted via Google Forms. The application link will close on Saturday, February 3rd at 11:59 PM. Following submission of an application, there will be two rounds of interviews conducted from February 5th through February 9th.

Certifications and prior experience are not required in order to apply. Applicants must be at least 17 years old.
